1. Is Ozland Accommodation a secure facility?

Ozland Accommodation is located in Clayton area, which is one of the most secure areas in Melbourne. We provide a safe and secure facility equipped with 24 hours security lock. All rooms are equipped with their individual lock.

2. What does my rent fee include?

Your rent fee includes all your bills such as water, gas, electricity, broadband internet connection.

3. How do I calculate my monthly occupancy fee based on the weekly fee?

In Australia, the most standard and common formula for calculating your monthly occupancy fee = weekly fees x 52 weeks / 12 months.

For example, if your weekly occupancy fee is $180 per week, then your monthly occupancy fee = $180 x 52 weeks / 12 months = $780.00 AUD.

4. Can a friend or family stay with me when they come to visit me?

Yes, they can. Temporary Accomodation is available for family or friends who are visiting. You can refer to our 'Rates' page for more information.

You need to fill up the tenant application forms and sign the lease with us.

7. I will arrive in Melbourne next Feb/Jul, is there any deadline to apply for accommodation with Ozland Accommodation to ensure that I can get a room?

We encourage everyone who intends to stay at Ozland Accomodation to lodge in his or her application online or even arrange for a room inspection (if they are already in Australia) at least two to three weeks prior to his or her arrival. This will leave enough time for them to make a security deposit payment and receive our confirmation letter to ensure a room when they arrive.
